gazar  (gaw-zar')
to cut down or off; (figuratively) to destroy, divide, exclude, or decide -- cut down (off), decree, divide, snatch.
on the right hand
yamiyn  (yaw-meen')
the right hand or side (leg, eye) of a person or other object (as the stronger and more dexterous); locally, the south -- + left-handed, right (hand, side), south.
and be hungry
